As an energetic wellness practitioner, vocal coach, singer, and artist, I offer a unique, integrative approach that supports clients in finding clarity, energetic alignment, and authentic expression through sound healing, voice work, creativity, and personal transformation.
Drawing on over 25 years of experience in vocal coaching, combined with qualifications in wellness coaching and energy healing, I support individuals navigating life transitions and energetic imbalances. My offerings include 1:1 sessions (utilising EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Chakra & Meridian clearing and balancing, Reiki & Sound Healing) Seasonal Workshops, Guided Visualisations, and expressive arts practices.
My own music and artwork are also an extension of this work ~ creative offerings intended to inspire, uplift, and reconnect you with your inner wisdom.

Creative life is a gift but it carries its own stressors, ones that the rest of the world doesn’t always see or understand. ‘Thinking our way through’ is not enough.
An invitation to return to stillness, beauty & creativity. This will be a restorative afternoon focused on a gentle unfolding to heart centered awareness. A multi sensory journey infused with the perfume of roses. Including an immersive sound bath, guided visualisation with rose quartz, reflection and journaling, a beautiful art activity and divine rose petal tea.
I’m happy to announce that I have a limited number of private singing lesson spots available from March 2025 at the wonderful MusicWorks Teaching Studios in Erina on the Central Coast.
Like threads woven through the fabric of my days, rhythms replace tightly held to-do lists.
Rhythms bring a sense of clarity and allow for deeper work.
Just like the tides ebb and flow, I’ve found consistent rhythms through experimentation and by paying attention to the energy needed for particular activities.
